CONCEPT STATEMENT
Inspired by the essence of connectivity and economic vitality, this office redesign draws its inspiration from the pivotal force that originally transformed Dallas— the railroad. As one delves into the history of Dallas, it becomes evident that the railroad systems were the catalysts to facilitate commerce and trade as well as foster the foundation of community in Dallas.

The railways serve as a symbol of seamlessness and connection, a notion that permeates every facet of our office redesign. Our approach fuses the concept of experience into the user's journey, crafting a dynamic connected floor-plan that exudes warmth and inclusivity, ultimately creating a workplace that beckons and embraces its occupants.

PARTI

The inspiration for my parti and design concept is a railroad. This came about from my research on the history of Dallas, TX. The railroad system, particularly the Houston and Texas Central Railway, fostered the economy and trade within the Dallas metropolitan area.
