Open SPACE

 
 

Open Space was an event held by Wunderman DC to encourage transparency across the agency. This was an investment in listening and better understanding what employees care about, what they want, what they need and a catalyst to help build a better culture and agency to best serve clients, grow careers and Wunderman DC’s future.  During this event there was no pre-planned agenda but an open space and opportunity to organically talk about ideas. Thought-starters for these conversations were ideated using an anonymous wall for employees to post problems and solutions.

I was asked to come up with the branding and all creative direction for the event. This includes the logo, social media posts, along with an Agenda Wall and marketplace banner. Featured above is a strip of the Agenda Wall. Also shown is the Open Space logo and an Instagram post and story.
